We spend a lot of time and money at Altona Bunnings and normally have never had an issue. Last night we purchased some timber and plants and for some reason we had forgotten our straps (100% our fault). We obviously didn’t realise at the time, took our time unloading everything into the car and ofcourse by then it was closing time (1900). Staff standing at the door refused to help us and “squawked” at my partner refusing to hear his reasoning. We were left in a bunnings car park with $200 worth of plants and $100 worth of timber that couldn’t be strapped down. My partner is an employee at another Bunnings and couldn’t believe how poorly he was spoken to.

amanda from hardware was very helpful and very friendly. She knew about the product and its location. A credit and asset to your store as she is always smiling. The world needs more amandas.
