Very dodgy. Returned a sander under warranty, to have it sent off for repair. Were not appraised on dropping it off that there was a fee involved in sending it away. Were not advised of a fee when they called to say it was ready for collection. Only advised that there was a fee payable on collection of the goods. Dodgy business practice, rude staff.
