I booked a tool in for service 6 weeks ago, I have spent many hours on hold on the only contact number, repair paid for in full for over a week now and still much confusion as to when I am to receive my tool. I will be selling off all hilti tools and replacing with a local service provider. Great product rubbish service! Now 7 weeks and still waiting!

Tools are good enough but when you want to book your tool in for repair they cannot give you more than a couple of hours notice. Not helpful when you move from site to site. I got told 10 minutes before someone turned up. So tools good everything else ridiculously useless.

Expensive but the tools are really much better and significantly quieter than say Iccons or other competitors. Less recoil too when firing their guns. Concrete cutting tools are all excellent, their 15Amp demo saw does the same job as old school petrol saws with half the hassle, smell and ongoing cost. New 18v cordless range is superb. Designed for heavy use and if anything does need a service it is done promptly with a loan tool to cover you if needed. For daily professional usage there is nothing close to Hilti tools.

Horrible service, one staff member in particular was very rude. If I could give less than one star I would. Watch out for an individual called Brad Meates.

Its amazing how many times you call to buy something that it is not in stock or they only have one of those in stock, which is never in Melbourne. I love the tools, but hate the fact that after paying a premium price, the service and delivery of items is more often mediocre. One store for the whole of Victoria based so close to Melbournes CBD feels almost impossible to get to some days. Oh, and the next day delivery isn't, if your anywhere other than Melbourne. Raise your game Hilti!! Get more stores open so you can service customers not just in Melbourne.

I own several Hilti tools which we use within our construction business. They are high quality items sold at an absolute premium price. WE recently attended the Sth Melbourne office to have 2 x rotary hammer drills less than 5 yrs old , a Hilti Jackhammer probably 10 yrs old and a laser level 5 plus yrs old repaired and serviced. We were then informed all the items were not serviceable as they didn't carry parts and we should discard or trade the items in for a 20% discount off RRP. Hard to believe they were serious....but they were. Needless to say we wont be buying anymore Hilti tools. I own heaps of other power tools - we have 10 work vehicles loaded with gear and much of it would be 5 or more years old - all of it is serviced and maintained by Mckinnon tools who seem to be able to get parts from other manufacturers - irrespective of the age of the tool. Whilst I understand the 10 plus yr old jackhammer would be hard to keep parts for - what about the near new less than 5 yr old drills?. WIll not be buying another hilti tool in my working life - and will seek to influence those asking - with advice to buy other than Hilti. Poor service

Driver of HILTI branded Volkswagen van rego 1MB7RO. Speeding down South Gippsland Highway, Lynbrook weaving through traffic, cutting off a truck narrowing missing the front of it. This driving behaviour is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. He is playing with peoples lives! 2/1/20 at approx 2:25

For industrial tools of a higher grade this is your store. Great friendly service and very informed sales people that know their products.
