The staff at this Bunnings were so so helpful! Every single staff member I asked a question, gave me the time to find the right solution. They also cut wood into the size needed and the guy who helped me was so friendly and helpful.nnSeriously! This is exceptional customer service and everyone was smiling and engaging to help me with my DIY issues.nnCongrats Bunnings for making my day with your help!
Highly recommend. Extremely helpful staff. They couldn’t do enough for me. They were very busy and it was a very hot day but that did not stop them assisting me with my rather heavy purchase and bringing it out to the car through click and collect. Many thanks Bunnings Prt M. Excellent Service.
While most of the staff were impressively courteous and professional, the condescending attitude of the elderly lady at the information counter was unfortunate. The service reflected poorly on the team and was significant enough to deter any future visits. Professionalism should be consistent across all staff members.
First of all i would like to clarify this review doesn't apply to any particular store only my recent online experiences. I do believe however that many deliveries originate from the Port Melbourne store.nDelivery times used to be very good until recently. Both my last 2 orders took 2 weeks to get to me. Unlike every other order I place with numerous other businesses, Bunnings chooses not to email you any status updates at all, which I find astounding for what is a big business. No updates about any delay, no tracking whatsoever to advise the customer that the order has been dispatched from their Warehouse, no information about estimated delivery date and no confirmation that your parcel has been delivered.nWhen I rang the number quoted on their website to query this I waited for 25 minutes before i got through to an operator.nThe most astonishing thing was when I submitted a review about my poor customer experience they emailed me to say the review would not be published!nI will be following this up with my local member of parliament as to why Bunnings can't even be bothered to provide basic customer service, and if it's legal not to provide any status updates to the customer.
