Bunnings Port Melbourne

Bunnings is a great place for DIY jobs. You can find everything you need under the one roof. Unfortunately customer service was very poor. In such a large store there were very minimal number of staff to provide assistance. I was told that I had to wait 2 hours till someone from that particular department will be available to help. It is really disappointing that customer service is not a priority in the store.

Bought a drill and the staff were very friendly and helpful as I knew nothing about them. The staff member helped me with the drill bits too and made sure I got the right ones to fit my drill.

Personally I had a great experience at this Bunnings, every item is visible and well presentable. Asked staff for some help and that’s exactly what I got! Kudos .

Except for the limited parking space, i love this branch! It has quite a big range of indoor plant selection including some Enliven collection series , the gardening section is pretty big and it also lots of pots Only been here once though so i cant say much of anything else, customer service was ok they might have hired new staff who doesn't know much of the store layout but he did try telling me relevant isle and I found what I was after

Got my plumbing supplies. Team member approached to offer help. Nice service! Big store. Dont trust the app for stocks or location. It sent me to aisle 101 when it was in aisle 7. Lol Pets welcome. EDIT: Score! Sausage Sizzle today!!!

A typical Bunnings experience in which nobody knows where anything is and getting help when you find what you’re looking for is nigh impossible. It turned the shopping experience into a real time sink. One exception on this occasion was the lighting section where the assistant was quite knowledgeable and helpful.

I want to make an honourable mention to Ed, in the nursery, super knowledgeable and helpful. He acknowledged me rather than me having to ask for help. Sometimes in such a big store you need to wave your hands and make a lot of noise before a representative even makes eye contact. Keep up the good work Ed and Bunnings port Melbourne !

I was in your store on Saturday afternoon the 12th of November. I was after some hot weather plants for summer. A young woman on your staff named Rummer was extremely helpful. Despite the rush and seemingly having her hands full, she took the time to ask me about the ins and outs of my situation and guide me through the pros and cons of different options. She's obviously experienced with working with people and also very knowledgeable. Hats off to her.

Five starts for Ed in the garden centre! We absolutely battered him with questions about indoor/outdoor plants, pots, feed, you name it: he knows it. We left with exactly what we needed and more. I’m very excited to grow my own plants and herbs this summer. Thank you Ed!
