On Saturday, Sep 9, I visited the Port Melbourne shop and asked the girl at the paint counter to check a paint sample I had brought to ensure I purchased the correct match. She barely paid attention and mentioned a paint name, which I ended up buying. Unfortunately, the results were disastrous. She didn’t verify the color, and I received the wrong one. What was supposed to be a small fix turned into a costly repainting of my entire property. I should request a full refund and compensation for the extra expenses due to her negligence, but the most frustrating part is the time lost that I can’t get back, what can you do about it???

Philip in the plumbing section was so incredibly helpful! As soon as we walked in the aisle he asked if we needed a hand and took the time to talk through a range of scenarios with us and give such helpful advice. Very appreciative
Was so grateful for the staff member that helped me find the light globe I needed. It was like finding a needle in a haystack in the relevant section. They could do with a better categorising system, or have more assisted technology to help folks find what they've looking for.
So… mini enamel paints the smallest size nearly $20!!!!nnIf you go to Earls hardware in St Kilda these are $8!nnBunnings is an absolute rip off. Absolutely price gouging to the point of extreme absurdity
