After choosing our tiles, advising the store of the date our tiler required the tiles by, the store confirming the tiles were in stock and the delivery date we proceeded with the purchase. The store charged our credit card to process the order. One week later we called the store in anticipation that the tiles may be available for pickup (1 day prior to the stores confirmed delivery date), only to discover the order had not been processed and that the delivery date would not be met. We were left with no option other than to drive out to their warehouse in Truganina and pick our tiles up as not to delay the tiler. Disappointing with poor service and tell 'Frank Walker from National Tiles' Never Again.

Great range of tiles in store and some super bargains next door in the outlet section particularly if you have a small area to be tiled. Brenton is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'd highly recommend these guys and would buy from them again. Great experience all round.

A lot of design varieties especially if you come to their showroom in port melb. We went to the one in hoppers crossing to find tiles for our kitchen splashback and got a really superb service from Deb. She went out and about to help us get our tile ready for collection the next day. On The next day went to the one in port melb for tile collection and got another excellent service from Joel. Its hassle free, super easy, & reliable services.
