We ordered 1200x1200 tiles which were $149per sq m. We paid in full when we ordered early August and were told should be available mid October. We were contacted to say they wouldn’t be in stock until late November and did we want to wait or choose another. We chose a smaller tile which was priced at $129 per sq m. A here were delivered and are beautiful, really happy with them. Still waiting on a refund from National tiles for the difference despite numerous emails and no one has gotten back in touch.
Ben was incredibly helpful with my purchase today. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend him for great customer service!
Nonsense Surcharges when you pay eftpos, good grout though nnin response to your resonse: The ACCC state that the amount of surcharge should not exceed your merchant fee's. No way in hell your exorbitant surcharges match your merchant fee's. i've downgraded you to 1 star for being obtuse.
