I had a great experience here buying paint. The guy was super helpful, was a professional painter himself and took the time to help educate me and get the right stuff. I go here all the time and it's a smaller Bunnings but seems to have really good staff culture. Also picked up this awesome Christmas tree box which is a great idea!
Pranjal was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were very lucky to receive such efficient service from her on 7 March just before the store closed. She clearly explained how to rent the carpet cleaning machine and walked us through all the related details. It’s always warm and refreshing to meet someone with such a lovely personality. Bunnings is very lucky to have a staff member like her.
Staff is very helpful and really love the attitude towards their customers. Specially Oscar has amazing customer service skills. We had to hire a vehicle from them and it was smooth and easy. Thank you team. Not a very big warehouse like they usually are, but essentially everything is there. What else customers need!

Decently stocked as most bunnings are, but the layout is confusing and cramped. Staff are passive aggressive and it feels like the security guards are stalking you around the store.nBought and paid for maybe 6 things totalling $150+ and at the exit they had to go through our shopping bag and receipt to check for each individual item while a security guard loomed directly behind us. If you can see it on the receipt then clearly we've paid for it??nNever been to a bunnings this nosy or uptight, save yourself the headache and go to a different one.
