I'm not Anthony but his Step-Father, visiting from Tasmania. Badly need a spare and found these guys very willing to help. Although I couldn't get the right thing, they gave me a similar part for free that I can use by a slight modification. Excellent service! Thanks.

Excellent customer service, constant communication & amazing product knowledge. Having recently moved to Melbourne and having to find a new tool store to deal with these guys are amazing to deal with. I use them for personal orders as well as for work. Great knowledge and just easy to deal with! Awesome stuff

Prices hard to beat in Melb. Never had a bad experience, you will never see more power tools in one shop in Oz.

Rude, arrogant and uncouth morons. No matter how many times you explain stuff to them they will order you in the wrong part/tool & then claim it to be your fault. Its like you have to draw them a pretty picture in crayon before they will understand.. Will not honor warranties, return calls or string a sentence together without an swearing or staring at you with that blank "I don't understand" look. The owner is a real piece of work also, doesn't seem to give a flying hoot about customer service, as far as he's concerned you can just take a hike.. Amazing, only in Australia I guess... Just walk away, I did & will never return!
