I come here a lot for my paint supplies and last min DYI stuff. It’s a small store but staff are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Big shout out to Hazel who helped us heaps picking paints throughout our project.
Very helpful experience. One staff member even took time out of her lunch break to help me return a faulty item. Return was simple and easy. Could not have asked for a better experience. She helped me pick out the right blue torch which I use later that night to bake creme brulees. They were a total HIT! Bunnings is always there for me shout out to Rori for being a total boss and helping me out when I needed it. If you're looking for someone always happy to help, check this place out
I came in with two bits of paint I’d scraped off a wall and absolutely no idea what I was doing. Vittoria and Chloe spent almost 30 minutes helping me find the right colour of paint, and were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. A top-tier example of customer service, they made my experience so much better and are a huge credit to this Bunnings.
Lies about being open to 9pm on both their website and google maps. Wasted 30 minutes round trip going there on a Friday night. How hard is it to ensure your opening hours are correct? Your chalkboard hours on the entry at Brunswick are correct but your website isn’t.
I could have stood naked in the horticulture aisle at Bunnings Brunswick and not got the eye of the staff. Elusive young staff, avoiding eye contact with customers. Two were deep in conversation with each other about their Uni subjects, completely ignoring myself and other customers. Bunnings needs to bring back the older staff, like they had a great reputation for doing so. Sure, younger staff are cheaper but you get what you pay for.
