1 in 10 items I search is in stock at this store, its comedy at this point...even when you check the website! Store has too much pet stuff why??? We go to the PETSTORE babes and not enough actual DIY basics. Bunnings, your chokehold on the market is laughable when you don't have anything to sell us without driving 20+ mins to the next store. Just let go of this space so a small hardware business can help Brunswick with the smaller jobs. Side note: the paint staff are consistently lovely at this location.
We did the free kid workshop here and had a great time. Thanks for hosting the Bluey activity. Scored a free apron, stickers and a badge out of it! My kid was stoked.
It's fine. But missing half of the normal stock from a typical Bunnings which isn't surprising given it's about half as big, however the selection of what does get stocked and what doesn't is questionable. Why are there 5 different brands of aviation snips but they don't stock 90 degree pliers? The staff are lovely and this is not their issue but it's something that needs a serious look at.
Staff here today, 19 January 2026, at 30°C, refused to give a homeless woman drinking water. Never have I seen such a disgusting display of a lack of basic human emotion and empathy to a person in need; the lady was dehumansised, horrible comments said about her, and they all just milled around sniggering I'm calling out the young blonde woman in particular for her disgraceful comments - yes, I could still hear them as I walked away in disgust. You should be ashamed at your appalling behaviour.nnAnd you know what? I went and bought a bottle of cold water for this lady, and then a cafe gave her food and a coffee. Maybe look to these examples to see what normal, non-psychopathic humans do for others in need.
I come here a lot for my paint supplies and last min DYI stuff. It’s a small store but staff are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Big shout out to Hazel who helped us heaps picking paints throughout our project.
