I come here a lot for my paint supplies and last min DYI stuff. It’s a small store but staff are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Big shout out to Hazel who helped us heaps picking paints throughout our project.
The worst customer service ever. I rode my bike all the way from city to Brunswick, because the site said an item was available. I get there and the location of the item was incorrect. I initially was sent on a wild goose chase,, and fobbed off by two of their customer service people whose only responsibility was helping customers. Eventually, I get to the register and the girl working there, without even looking into it, says they can’t help me. Mind you I only came here because the web site said this was available. Not sure what is wrong with this particular branch as I’ve only ever had positive interactions with staff at Collingwood. If you expect attitude, disinterest and an all round insulting conversation trying to ask for help,ncome to Brunswick.
Store is good for the little things or if they have things where other stores like Coburg North are out of stock of something.nnHowever, I’d view this place as probably one of the most transactional and boring Bunnings in Melbourne. The staff at the register are pretty robotic and couldn’t care less about customer service.nnIf you can, go to a different store.
Since renovation, this already-small store seems to have both less range and less stock than it used to. Stock levels reported on the website are completely inaccurate e.g. listing items as in stock when there is no sign of them ever having been in stock at this store. If what you happen to need happens to be actually in stock, it's a convenient location, but other than that it seems you need to plan to go elsewhere.nnNot bad if what you need is some paint or garden supplies or basic tools, anything else is a gamble.
There is a nice helpful guy that works in the paint section here. Apart from that, there is nothing going for this Bunnings store. It is small in size and limited in items and stock. This place is always a last resort store for me unfortunately. They should rename it 'Bunnings Express' or 'Bunnings Metro'.
