Great service and friendly staff Never a problem always a solution
Very unsatisfactory services. If I had an option I would not do business with this company. When my credit card was lost I have offered multiple options to pay for the key. Asked them to send an invoice, I'll make bank transfer. Impossible. Coming to the store and pay before cutting the key. Impossible. Paying over the phone is not a problem IF you have a card, but there should be multiple options available. When I emailed them for a key my real estate and body corp say they have sent the forms, the comapny claimed not to have it, this little side hussle went on for almost 1-week. It has just been a pain to get the key organised from the start. I must say the staff is calm and polite but there is a lot of room to improve organisation on how things are handled.
Fast service, friendly staff I wait less than 10 minutes to get my key cut for my new apartment you should have paper ready to show them.
Requested an urgent key and got it 3 weeks later, wouldn’t open the door, had to wait another week! Terrible service and unprofessional! Would not recommend this company at all !!!
