My husband and I run a small renovation company and supplier confidence is a “must have”. Daniel, one of the account managers for Bowen’s, has always gone over and above to help us when we need something. Last week, he even started early just to pick up some materials we were desperately needing and bring them to site for us. That’s the type of service you can count on when dealing with Port Melbourne and/or Daniel. Bowens Port Melbourne has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Genuine customer greeting. Always offering a coffee or sausage roll.nLove it.nOh and everything is in stock. Love it!
Staff are amazing espically Amy P always asking if you need a hand. Yard stuff are great dougie always willing to help. But best praise for Amy P she’s the best always puts a smile on your face.
I have had a few projects on the go and these guys have great, great advice and great service, such a pleasure to shop here.
Always helpful and have the wood products that their big competitor doesn’t have.
