Amazing customer service from the whole team at Port Melbourne, I called for some product advice and Maddie was so helpful. Even though she didn't have exactly what I needed, she provided me with some excellent alternatives and advice for my DIY project.nWill definitely be return to the Port Melbourne store for my future creations.
Bowen’s Port Melbourne always provides excellent customer service. The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well as being friendly and eager to assist. Jack from internal sales is a terrific young man and epitomises the qualities of a good Bowen’s staff member.
