Giving two stars only because of the staff members attitude. I went to rent a machine and the service was shocking, the girls seemed so unhappy to be the attitude was almost as if they doing us a favor. A girl called Charlotte I really hope she finds a place where she can be happy. She knows nothing about customer service.
Terrible experience. I called to book a trailer. I requested a caged trailer and organised my whole move around this. When I came to the store they didn't have any. The staff member was rude and ironic, didn't really understanding the consequences of their terrible service. Now I can't move homes, thanks bunnings for leaving me homeless and stressed out.
I shopped at Bunnings Hawthorn today and was disappointed by the way some staff members treated me compared to other customers. As an Asian visitor, I noticed that female staff were noticeably less friendly and helpful toward me, while being much more welcoming to non-Asian customers. This difference in attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.nnGood customer service should be consistent and respectful to everyone, regardless of appearance or background. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and ensures all staff provide equal, courteous service to every customer.
Thank you so much for the new Kentia Palm. We received the top service and we are so happy with the outcome. It makes a big different!!! Guy
