Decent enough size not massive footprint, car park is two levels below the building although I think a lot of drivers don’t know about lower floor as there are always a bunch of drivers sat with signals on, unhelpfully waiting for spaces to open up. My only complaint is that the escalator is quite often not working and the lift takes forever to move between floors. Staff are really great, stock is usually available.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vinnie during my recent visit to Bunnings Warehouse Hawthorn, and I was thoroughly impressed. Vinnie was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped us find everything we needed with ease. His customer service was outstanding, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. Employee Vinnie Was exceptional. I went with my girlfriend and he knew her from before and remembered the sweater that she was wearing and his service kindness product knowledge is unbelievable. I have not met anyone in all my years of shopping at Bunnings that can match this young man. He is worth four times his waiting gold because he’s very lean Bunnings are very fortunate to have a young man of this calibre in their workforce and I hope he is well rewarded and appreciated.
We recently had the pleasure of meeting an absolute gem of a staff member at Bunnings, and I feel compelled to share my experience. From the moment we walked into the store, it was clear that this guy was not your average staff member, he was the embodiment of customer service done right.nnFirst off, his knowledge was incredible. Whether it was timber, hardware, or gardening tools, this guy knew everything. I only needed a door hook and orchid potting, he listened patiently, then offered expert advice that made our buying much faster.nnWhat really stood out was his attitude. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed helping people. He was working at Bunnings Hawthorn at the desk at the top of the elevators on Wednesday 18 September around 4.30pm.nnHope he gets an award for his work.
I called the store asking for a small roll of real grass. They didn't have what I was after but Vinny was wonderful over the phone. Told me which stores had it in stock and explained that the smaller stores don't carry it. Told me to ring for anything or if I need help in store he is there. Honestly some of the best customer service I've had in years, over the phone or otherwise.
