Really great and helpful place. They let you do chair trials (borrow it for a few days) and care about giving you the best price.

Waste of time travelling to this store. I was the only person in there and explained upon arriving that I needed help with selecting an office chair that would work for my needs and working conditions. He nodded his head, offered zero advice and suggested I try them out for myself while he remained seated behind his desk working on the computer. No effort to show me what chairs might be best for me or how any of them worked. Walked out within 3 minutes.

I ordered a gel-based, contoured, cooling pillow and since its arrival (online order!) I have slept. This is a whole new concept! I also got a TOGU pilates ball for home and gym pilates practice. Cannot recommend Bad Backs enough for their expert advice and best range of products.

Excellent selection of ergonomic furniture, technology, bedding, and other back support gadgets (eg massagers). Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are ready to help and make informed recommendations. I went there to try out a bunch of different firm pillows. They have several different kinds and a couple of beds (with excellent mattresses) that you can try these pillows on. I settled on a buckwheat pillow and have been sleeping incredibly comfortably since then.
