The showroom is good. Customer service was ok but could have lifted a notch. My main beef is the $100 (cash) delivery paid direct to the delivery men to pick up in Hawthorn and deliver to Hawthorn! They then charged me $30 extra to carry my existing sofa down to my storage cage! And after I'd helped them carry cushions in from their van! If I hadn't been so gobsmacked I'd have asked for a receipt. It really does the store a great disservice. Apart from that, I love my sofa.
