Got 2 stand up desks as they had the ones we were interested demoed in their show room. Louise helped us organise custom sized table tops and was able to answer any questions asked. Their assembly and delivery was great. Super happy with the quality of the desks and how everything turned out.
I have been working with Louise and the team at Abbotts for the last 5 years and it has been nothing but a pleasure. Their attention to detail in all aspects of their fit outs is right up there with the best in the industry.

The staff here are just so helpful and know their product really well. I bought an office chair and when I got it home found the lowest setting was still a tiny bit tall for my desk setup. I contact Louise at Abbott's and she offered to swap over the gas lift mechanism for a shorter one at no cost, no problem! Then a year later I found the back support was sitting too high in my back and emailed on the weekend, expecting a reply on Monday. On Sunday evening, Louise replied with the solution of how to adjust the back height. I really appreciate this level of personal customer service and will always come back to Abbott's as a result.
Such wonderful customer service. Louise & Richard went over and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Louise ensured I was informed of the specifications. Photos & suggestions were emailed after the point of sale, when I required clarification about an items. The customer service I received was outstanding. Tom facilitated a smooth delivery along with Richard. Tom and was able to enter the site which has tight entry points, with no damage to property or the stock. He is a fast, precise worker with attention to detail. Demonstrations were given after installation. All the staff are lovely and a pleasure to deal with and are extremely knowledgeable . I highly recommend.
Highly recommended store! I bought a Vertilift Pro desk riser over the phone, as I needed it urgently due to a bad back. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, she checked the stock, found the item I wanted in another warehouse and organized all paperwork within an hour. A gentleman called me a few days later to discuss delivery time- talk about personal service! Delivery was right on time. The product itself is of excellent quality and was packaged well. Good old fashioned customer service- thank you!
After ordering a desk riser from another company and then being disappointed when they contacted me to advise it wouldn't be available for three months, I got in touch with Abbotts, who exceeded all expectations. Not only did they order the riser for me which came in on the date they said it would, but it was considerably cheaper than the first place AND they lent me a showroom riser while I waited for my order to arrive. That's what I call service! Thanks Louise and team
Poor customer relations. Do not buy from this company. We learnt a lesson unfortunately buying online with them. We bought 4 x chairs for $2600 and one of them was missing the lumbar supprort so they sent it to us by courier to rebuild the cahair correctly ourselves. Following this we then contacted them to advise that our office staff found 2 x of the chairs quite uncomfortable and were experiencing back pain. They didn't really want to know about it and asked us to send a video? How do we send a video of someone experiencing back pain? Not willing to take any returns of chairs that are found uncomfortable. Won't be shopping for chairs again online especially with this company. They don't want to assist their customers with any back up support at all. Buyer beware.
