My husband has used Elite Door and Tapeware within his construction and development business for over 4 yrs now and couldn't be happier with there product and service. I have just finished picking all off the hardware required for our house and also couldn't be happier with Brents service. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service & advice. I have renovated two homes using products from Elite ranging from Modern to Traditional. I will be using them again on my next project. Best part is you can discuss your application & receive sound & reliable advice. Big tick from me.

Worst customer service ever!!! I had to go back to this store 3 stores after my initial order was stuffed up. Despite this I never got upset and was kind each time I had to go back until it was fixed. Lee was most helpful in fixing up the initial errors. I went back to pick up the last piece I needed (which I should've been given in the first place), and Brent was very rude. He made a comment about my kids running amok in the shop which they wouldn't be doing if I didn't have to go back multiple times. And then when I questioned if he had an issue he made a comment about it being Friday afternoon and that we should leave it at that. I don't care what day it is a customer is a customer!!! So rude.
