I bought door hardware for my residence from Exclusive Hardware in 2005. In 2016, two different door handles were loose due negligent maintenance, where I discovered that the grub screws to the door handles had shaken loose and were lost. I could not find such crub screws at Bunnings nor at any other hardware, and out of exasperation I went back to Exclusive Hardware. I explained I was an old customer and after some rummaging around in their back room they retrieved and gave (yes gave) me 5 new grub screws for my door handles. They stood by their merchandise and helped me psychologically to resolve this matter. I now have firm door handles, thanks to the the culture of Exclusive Hardware. I could not fault their products or service.

Revolting service. Ripped me off on a deposit because of THEIR stuff up. took over 6 weeks to get 1/3 of my money back. Bad communication and unprofessional
