When purchasing a gas cylinder for your welder, make certain it is full before leaving the store. I just bought one and found it was completely empty when I got home and attached the pressure gauge. Pretty disappointed. They will swap it of course, but I think it’s fair to expect better service.

Nice store, great open layout, friendly staff and superb aircon. A little disappointed that given the space they have, they havent got buckaroo leather or vaughan tools or overall a wider range of stuff than current

If not for their prices, I wouldn't shop here, and'll either travel to Total Tools Hoppers Crossing or perhaps give Blackwoods 'round the corner a go. Most of the staff are friendly, but their ability to provide service beyond the checkout is underwhelming, frustrating, and a waste of my time. ***edit*** After much consideration and also a pleasing experience with a recent warranty issue, I've now increased my review to three stars. A list of my complaints has been forwarded to the below email address as requested.

I regularly buy tools from the store. They are pretty good and helpful.

Bought a Milwaukee Drill, and it stopped working after one week of use, I took it back to the store, as it had warranty on it, and was told they would not cover it, as when they tested the drill it emitted sparks. They later accused me of sabotage, and I have now contacted Costumer affairs.
