Appalling service from an employee named Jules, I called to enquire about my order & before I could even get a word in she had said to me “did I just waste this entire 11 seconds of my time” then when I attempted to speak I was hung up on. Even going into the store I was constantly spoken over, overall just a horrific experience.nCustomer service is really important for people in the retail industry when it comes to customers needs, any customer should be made to feel comfortable to ask questions & I wouldn’t wish this kind of service upon anyone. If you’re not happy with your job there’s no need to project that onto others, I felt extremely disrespected at the least. Wouldn’t recommend going to this store ever, so unprofessional & disgusting behaviour.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to Dua for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond, making several calls to resolve my issue. My company had ordered shoes online, and other stores refused to exchange them without company authorization. However, Dua’s dedication and persistence made the exchange possible. I truly appreciate her exceptional efforts in handling this situation.
Great experience with organising a purchase from this store, called to ask for item to be place on hold for collection and Dua was amazing and very helpful
Big place, has alot of stock . They could do with a few extra things though, like a line markers and paint cans to fit size of line marker...
Tried to price match a pair of boots. RSEA was charging 40% more than other vendors. First they said it had to be a physical store which it was, then they said they needed ABN and after getting the competitors ABN they then said it had to be a local store for them to price match. In which case I'd rather just go support another local store that isn't charging 40% more for a pair of boots.nnVery disappointing as we have had our uniforms ordered from RSEA for both our Vic and SA teams for a few years.
