Went to get some work boots today, they were great! The service was excellent and I would reccomend!
Tried to price match a pair of boots. RSEA was charging 40% more than other vendors. First they said it had to be a physical store which it was, then they said they needed ABN and after getting the competitors ABN they then said it had to be a local store for them to price match. In which case I'd rather just go support another local store that isn't charging 40% more for a pair of boots.nnVery disappointing as we have had our uniforms ordered from RSEA for both our Vic and SA teams for a few years.
Today we tried to exchange some work pants with a receipt . Lady was not helpful told to take them back to the work place and get them to do it.nIt not like he wanted money back just the right size pants.nWell what is his to wear on Monday morning thanks so much for your help Rsea would not shop at your shop every again.
