I asked these guys to do 5 things. I agreed to an extra thing. Paid my bill, went home and found 3 things not done 1 thing partially done. Spoke to service people about it, they had a second go and it is no better than it was when I took it in. The service guy said he would talk to his line management and they would get back to me. When I called 2 days later, it was all news to them. The best they could do was offer a free inspection next time. Good luck with seeing me there again!
Have dealing with David Sutherland for quite sometime, this man offers high level customer service. Not only the strong knowledge base of the product but a history of third party suppliers making the acquisition a one stop shop. David really appreciate your old fashion customer service offering access to your industry network. From day one you have made the whole experience very impressive. Just had the Daily go in for its 5000km inspection and a few adjustments. Must say Craig the service manager is a perfect fit for the business, nothing is a stress for him, as he is willing make the effort to get the job done on the same day. The thing that stands out was the respect for his technicians and general staff. It’s one harmonious team that offers great service
I have an interstate earthmoving business. My International Tipper broke down and the service team here were one of very few people that were willing / able to assist me. There knowledge is amazing and when someone said that they would call me back they did which doesn’t happen all that often these days Thanks again service team, keep up the good work.
How rude some over weight bloke was so rood to my driver for returning a part, they weren’t rude when I spent $230000 on a new truck, thank god I brought a new Mercedes this time instead of another iveco, that’s what happens when you have rude customer service, trust me take your Business elsewhere, it’s a shame having rude people tarnish the name of Iveco
Good parts department, service department need to look after there customers more. I’m ended up sending vehicles to Camberfield Iveco dealer.
Extremely poor service below zero level. Worst staff. Specifically when your truck is under warranty they don’t bother
Dont buy a Iveco Daily 4x4. They market them as off road weapons but they are delivery vans with a transfer case & thats all. Iveco dealers offer terrible service. Buy a better vehicle like a Chinese Great Wall.
they take forever to answer their phone I called at 5pm waited till 6pm no answer. open time mentions 8am I call I wait till 9am till they answer either get your times right or answer your bloody phone
Telll you a price for part and delivery and when you check bank 70$ difference cant recommend melbourne truck center 5 star
