OH&S risks when browsing at Bunnings in Sunshine. No action taken when advised staff member. Further, no signage to indicate risk and only one wet floor sign. A second one at the exit where the ground is dry.
I Visited Sunshine Bunnings this morning and had the most amazing representative, Serge help me find what I required in the paint department. Serge went above and beyond to obtain exactly what I needed. I haven't come across excellent customer service like this in a long long time. Thank you so much Serge
The security and service here is fascinating.nnI've waited twenty plus minutes for assistance that was apparently called for me that never popped up.nnI'm also fascinatinated by the fact a white couple without a receipt with multiple full trollies are allowed to leave without being searched or questioned or providing any evidence that they've paid for anything whilst I consistently get full body searched must provide my receipt and accurately identify with large amount of details exactly what I've purchased.nnIt couldn't have anything to do with my race could it?
Love to support my local Bunnings as I live in Sunshine but unfortunately I prefer to go to Altona or Caroline Springs unfortunately this Bunnings always looks in a bit messy and in the wood department every time I ask for a sheet to be cut in half or something like that they always say that the machine is broken or the guy who uses the machine is not there very disappointing. I was so happy when they renovated to the new store, but it’s still got the old vibe.
Good store. Lovely, helpful staff, lots of specials. Picked up a fire pit for $40. Also got one of those Bunnings Lego like block sets for free. Heaps of parking, lots of stock. All Bunnings set up pretty much the same. Makes it easier to navigate. Just of Saint Albans Rd/ Ballarat Rd. Easy to get to.
