Walked in and saw the combo kit I bought 5 days ago was on sale $20 cheaper then I bought it…. I work in retail so I know I’m able to get the difference. Young fella was nice and said should be fine let him double check… old grumpy guy said no. Went to Bunnings in west Footscray next day and they did it for me straight away and also emailed Bunnings who also were more then happy to do it for me. Rude manager, nice young people working.

What's the point of having Perfect Plant policy if you refuse to provide a refund? I visited the store to get a refund on a dried plant I know it's my fault it got dried, I feel bad about it too, but you have this policy to run the garden business so I headed to the store to get a refund. The old lady who were at the refund desk called another old woman all the way from the garden section to have a look at my dried plant. She came and said she can't provide a refund on a plant that's dying due to my negligence. Is this even ok for her to refuse the refund when your company policy clearly allows it? I double checked triple checked whether she actually said she can't do the refund. And she did say it. Unbelievable. She gave me lesson in front of all other customers saying how I made the plant to die, and that I should've done better. What a great experience, thank you. I ended up getting an exchange + a note left on my original receipt saying that I can no longer do a refund or exchange on this plant. Is this how you run this Perfect Plant policy? I was confused at a point if she's being a racist or was too passionate about her company's plant.

Had to go back to my car to get my card only to return and wait again in line after waiting 15 mins pay and had forgotten to take my items i paid for with me. To that female checkout staff, i hope you get what you deserve. Staff are disrespectful and non helpful very dismissive, had to go to other Bunnings for better service as they also do not have anything you want where staff have no clue what theyre doing. Want to be disappointed go to Sunshine want satisfactory service, go to another Bunnings.

Please re-evaluate your front check out staff because damn are they absolute horrid at the job they're getting PAID to do. She was rude, dismissive, and didn't say a single word, just looking the other way into nothing. Don't know how Bunnings are finding these bums, but it really shows how low the company's gone.nnThe lady checking our receipt had manners though, hence a 2 star and not 1 star.

Worst shopping experience ever. This was my first time visiting Bunnings Sunshine, and it was extremely disappointing. The staff were not helpful at all and didn’t make any effort to offer a proper solution when I asked for assistance. Instead, I was simply dismissed without any guidance, which made the whole experience frustrating and inconvenient.nnThis is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from other Bunnings stores. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made to customer service at this location.
