I bought a dewalt combo. But when I opened it, the inside was not the same as the model.I bought it at bunnings sunshine.but bunnings did not resolve it. The management staff here talk very disrespectfully to customers.

I don’t usually do google reviews but Michael’s service was so outstanding that it warranted a 5 star review and recognition of his service.nMany thanks Michael and will likely see you soon for some further product advice. Ps. The oven looks amazing in the kitchen.
I was there mid-morning on a Saturday to get some vinyl flooring and could not find one staff member to help me, including an elderly lady who was waiting 25 minutes. There were 3 customers waiting for assistance and between us we could find no-one to help, most staff seemed to actively avoid us and would duck down an aisle when approached. Fortunately one staff member stopped to help thank you Arvan/Arvand?, unfortunately he was actually on his lunch break but still helped us. He called for someone to assist me, I waited another 10 minutes, no-one turned up and then left and went to Footscray Bunnings where I was helped straight away. This Bunnings needs to sort out its staffing problem, I wont be returning.
Good store. Lovely, helpful staff, lots of specials. Picked up a fire pit for $40. Also got one of those Bunnings Lego like block sets for free. Heaps of parking, lots of stock. All Bunnings set up pretty much the same. Makes it easier to navigate. Just of Saint Albans Rd/ Ballarat Rd. Easy to get to.
Typical Bunnings staff are pretty helpful and quick.nPlenty of car parks available and always doing a BBQ
