i Had to put one star but wish i could put a zero … Never trust this company with any  of there products ? there warranty does not stand up and they will never agree to fixing or replacing a product that is clearly damaged .. the management there are so unprofessional and rude and put the problem back onto the customer ? even if it’s still under manufacturing warranty…. they will tell u what u want to hear and twist words and try to sell u a product that is perfect for you then two years down the track when ur having major problems tell you it in fine condition  Please do not waste ur hard earned money here .. as u will 100% have a problem with cheap products and. cheap talk …

I was served by Tamara who was extremely helpful. Her customer service was amazing. My requirements were difficult and I was very indecisive but she had patience, was polite and walked me through all options available...although i didnt purchase today I will be back to purchase the lounge that was over my budget but worth waiting to spend that little bit more. Thank you Tamara and ill be back next week

I've ordered my bed in May, told it will arrive in 3 weeks which is already VERY DELAYED. Then i called to find out there's no delivery date set because the furniture hasn't arrived from an employee. Then she told me that I have to call back in two days, another inconvenience then when I called the manager, he said he would negotiate with me about free installation and free delivery. I called him another month late prior to the second given arrival date. Which was TODAY, he said no, we aren't giving you free installation despite him promising to talk to me about it, despite me waiting two months and sleeping on the floor. I would not buy here nor would I recommend anyone else.

Was assisted by Tamara who had great customer service skills. She was friendly and helpful at the point of purchase and coordinating the deliveries.

Advertised price is not the correct price at point of sale Management know of this and do not tell you this until you are about to purchase product Would not recommend purchasing from furniture galore stores at all

Good range and prices are competitive. Only negative is there's a bit less customisation than other competitors but items seem good quality.

Full of range and excellent service. Staff was always there to answer our questions. Very helpful indeed.
