I came in with an outdoor lounge in mind and was greeted by friendly Muhammad. Told him about the online special, price matched and gave me free delivery! Very happy customer and they sure know how to strike a good deal! My outdoor lounge arrived, I've yet to fully assemble it but I'm very happy with the service and product I received. Thanks!
So bought a lounge set, when it came after a few weeks the cushions were already damaged and we got a warranty. We fixed the 2 cushions that were no good and 6 months later the other cushions went bad. We tried to get them fixed with the warranty we purchased but I guess it doesn’t fall under the warranty? Idk but I won’t be shopping here again. Thanks guys
Very bad quality, I bought clearance single bed last year, only 2 months using bedrail side come apart, broken. After fixing, still broken 2 times and now they said if warranty times ended, they won't fixing it again. When broken the second times, shop sales not looked happy and saying that is head office business not their business. BAD QUALITY AND BAD SERVUCES. DO NOT BUY HARBOUR LANE'S THINGS
Worst customer service! the lady at the counter didn’t greet us when we walk in and she was just sitting there on her phone and I had to go get her attention. Unfortunately I had to speak to the manager regarding a refund as my package was delivered to another location and he just insisted i drive to the other location to pick it up. He was loud, intimidating and kept eye rolling at me.nWould never shop at this store again and I’ll ensure to share this experience with friends and family.
Before purchasing furniture, their customer service was exceptional. However, after the sofa was delivered and quality issues arose, they basically ignored you. You're left to resolve it on your own.
