Fantastic staff that let you look around and browse before coming up and asking if you need help. When needed they were friendly and helpful. Being from out of town they were helpful in how we can lay by items over the phone instead of having to drive 2hrs to layby.

Great customer service. Very helpful,so much so,we purchased from them. Priced right. Certainly would recommend shopping there ,if furniture is your desire. Definitely 5 star!

After a bad customer service experience by the business owner at Harveys (Out of all people I didn't expect it from her).. I went to Amart Braybrook and I was delighted with the customer service experience. Their products are the same design as the Harvey Norman products, just have a different name and half the price. Apart from the customer service, what stood out was their delivery service! Store experience 10/10 Delivery experience 12/10 It is VERY important to note that as part of the customer service experience, the delivery component is very important. If you have a bad experience with a delivery driver, it can ruin the experience of the store. When I had a delivery from Harvey Norman in Sunshine, their delivery driver smoked weed in my driveway and was very unprofessional. The delivery service and drivers were very fast, professional and went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you Amart Braybrook!

Love buying from this shop, always happy for the service I receive and the items are great quality for the pricing. Also if you have any problems the most important thing the after sales service is just as good as the pre-sales service.
