Spent top dollars on a couch and coffee table at Adriatic. Initially customer service was top notch from the guys here but the delivered product was a different story. Leg on one of then couch did not sit flush and now requires a technician to come and 'repair' a brand new item. Not to mention the coffee table also doesn't sit flush and has a slight wobble. Not a happy customer at all, i expected to go through this whilst buying from fantastic or A-mart... not a company that prides themselves on quality furniture. UPDATE: Adriatic has ended up sending a technician to my home and have inserted planks of wood to make adjustments to the legs to sit flush in my living room. Obviously unhappy with the fact that my couch had been modified on arrival, i have requested the company to send me a replacement for the uneven piece. The company has denied my request stating that this is "normal" and the reason for not sending a replacement is because "what if this happens again? this is considered common and not a defect or a fault" Although they have offered me a full refund but because i love the couch, design and do not want to wait another 3 months, i have kindly declined their request. Overall i have not been happy with the experience received with Adriatic and will be sure to make sure my friends and family don't go through the same grief of purchasing a brand new piece of furniture which needs to be altered, adjusted and modified because of their Quality control and after sale experience.
I bought a gorgeous blue velvet Dior sofa in the EOFY sale in June, assisted by Pauline, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She put the order through quickly to obtain the last sofa in stock and it was delivered less than 2 weeks later. The delivery guys were great, arrived exactly when they said, put the sofa & chaise together and even took the wrapping to the bins for me. I absolutely love my sofa and thoroughly recommend Adriatic based on my experience with them. I was inspired to write this review as my sister bought a sofa at the same time in a different store; hers has only just been delivered at a much higher cost and they just dropped the boxes off and left her to assemble it. Go to Adriatic instead!
A very nice place to visit, offering a variety of Modern furniture in a big Spacious Showroom Store. The ambience is welcoming and the Staff are very helpful.
We recently purchased our lounge set and dining chairs from Adriatic Furniture Maribyrnong. Our experience with Reza was outstanding from his initial introduction through to taking us through the show room Reza assistance was exceptional and made us feel at home. Our order arrived on time within a few days and their delivery charges were quite fair, the boys who did the delivery were also very respectful. I would without any hesitation recommend Adriatic Furniture to friends and family based on the service provided.
I went to buy dining chairs in high point store. I was served by a lovely lady named Jelena. I must say that both service and advice by this sales agent is commendable. Product speaks for itself. I am already in love with these chairs.
Adriatric is truly great quality at affordable prices. I believe it’s a little known gem that deserves to be your first thought when it comes time to update furniture! It will definitely be my first stop in the future. Dusan at Highpoint was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional and provided great customer service. I needed my couch to be stored in their warehouse for a number of months and this was done happily at no cost a very different story with other retailers!. Thanks Dusan and Adriatric!
Great experience and quality furniture at reasonable prices. Although we had to wait 3 months, it was worth it, and it looks great in our new place. “Dushan” was very helpful, and we have been back to see him for additional pieces !
Love the dining chairs we ordered! They are excellent quality and look fantastic. The staff at Maribyrnong were very helpful and the delivery service can’t be faulted. We loved the quality and service so much that we have since purchased a lounge suite from Adriatic Hoppers Crossing. Gina was very lovely to deal with. We were fist time customers of Adriatic because we believed the store was out of our budget. However the sales are good and I found the staff are willing to work with you whether with the offer of free delivery or taking a little bit extra off the price. I’m sure we will be purchasing more from Adriatic in the future.
My husband and I attended Adriatic today and were kindly greeted by Nick, he was super helpful with ordering the stools we found and arranging a suitable price point for us to buy our first couch. We were really impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. We will definitely be going back in future when we need to buy more furniture. Thanks again :
I ordered a timber console table and it was here in 3 days. Great service !! The table is gorgeous and we’re very happy with it. We’ve bought a lot of furniture from Adriatic in the past and it’s always been a very happy and positive experience.
