Poor customer service!! I visited both stores in southbank and thomastown and was amazed at how not one sales assistant acknowledged our presence or asked us if we need assistance, when they had obviously seen us enter the store and look around. Very nice furniture but guess i wont be buying from a store that probably doesnt want to sell to customers?? Since every other store is very welcoming and attentive to customers you guys should learn a few tips from them :)
