I went into the Southbank store last weekend in search for a new sofa for my very tricky spaced living room. I was greeted straight away by Tristan, and offered coffee/tea/water. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out was a pleasure. I spent a long time in there being particularly fussy and indecisive about which sofa to buy and in which colour, but Tristan was not at all bothered by this and continued to offer as much help and information as possible. He was friendly, funny, down to earth and not pushy whatsoever. I am wrapped with what I picked and can't wait for it to arrive!
