Thank you to Mark and the delivery team from Dare Gallery South Wharf for your outstanding customer service. Original delivery time organised for our entertainment unit couldn't be accommodated due to long weekend. Mark rang to make me aware of this situation but when I explained to him I urgently needed the unit delivered by the Tuesday as planned he went out of his way to arrange a one-off delivery to get me the unit by the Friday before the long weekend. Not only that - the extra bonus was the entertainment unit came built - not flat packed!! Nothing was too much trouble, the delivery guys were very helpful and carried it up the stairs. All in all an exceptional customer experience. Thank you!
