Ordered item that took 6 months to deliver was told it would arrive in 3 months. No proactive communication from suave. we had to chase up on the delivery several times, was told that it would arrive on certain date but never happened seem like no one knew where it was. When item finally arrived the leather was defective. Was told a refund would be given on certain date. Never happened had to also chase that up. All up wasted half a year waiting for a defective item. For a less stressful experience don't shop here...
Just took delivery of a lounge suite and couldn't be happier. Not often do you get exactly what you paid for but this was definitely the case. Service from Andrew and the team was exceptional and I will definitely be back. Thanks so much, guys.
Great service, Andrew was the Team member who looked after us. His service was excellent with a smile. Nothing was an issue, also very knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions. Can not recommend Suave Maribyrnong & Andrew highly enough.

The decision to purchase a new couch was made so much easier due to the assistance from Andrew. He was happy to discuss all aspects, from the point of sale, to delivery of couch.
Peter was super helpful and friendly. Almost missed this store when heading to Highpoint, but so glad we stopped in, and picked up an amazing couch!
How friendly and knowledgeable are these guy's. What great customer service and shopping experience these guy's offer. It's a shame they are closing as the service here is 2nd to none. Peter was fantastic easy to talk to, and listened to what our needs were, his customer service was exceptional as was his product knowledge. This was a great shopping experience and some great deals here for all. Thanks Suave, I hope these people will be relocated some where near as I would travel to see Peter again. Thanks Peter and Suave.
Genuinely the worst experience with a company I have ever had. Faulty sofa bed which has caused damage to our floor, disgusting service from both a management and an in store customer service level. We were also charged delivery despite collecting the couch - and had to push for weeks & weeks for the refund. After almost 12 months trying to get our couch fixed, we were promised by James it would be done within two weeks or a refund would be issued - it’s been 7 and he ‘never said that’. Andrew from the store told me to take the matter to VCAT because he’s done his part and ‘we will win’. Appalling experience and I hope if you’re reading this you take your business elsewhere, save yourself the money, time and headaches.
Very patient and helpful salesman, answered all of our questions and helped us out with everything!
