John, fantastic to deal with. Amazing he's so down to earth knowing he's the owner as well. Do yourself a favour and go to the showroom. Beautiful designs with fantastic range of leather sofas. Believe me I've been researching leather sofas and I've never seen such good value!!

I visited this furniture store today and have to say it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. At around 2pm I came in with my baby and toddler and we were the only customers inside. A blonde lady could only manage to say "hi" and then that was it. She went MIA. She was too lazy to move herself away from the counter and see if I needed any assistance. Since I had my two small children with me perhaps she assumed I couldn't afford any of the furniture. Little did she know I was there to furnish my house and had plenty to spend. They had really modern furniture that suited mine and my husband's style and there were a couple of pieces that I really was interested in purchasing. However, i'd prefer to spend my money in a store that appreciates its customers and affords them some common courtesy. Hope she doesn't work on commission.
