First time shopping for mattresses, and if i ever came back here in the future, i 100% will! A very friendly and genuine gentleman by the name of Daniel was there to help! So glad i could do business with him and his service was excellent, thank you Daniel for your expertise!

Bought a mattress from them almost 10 years ago when they were still manufacturing mattress themselves and selling directly to the public under different name, Dreamwork or something, can't quite remember. The mattress is still as new after 10 yrs, but unfortunately due to some spill accident I have to have it replaced. Bought a mattress from Anita today, she was quite keen to help and advice from her was quite genuine. I am only grateful that they haven't quit the mattress business entirely, otherwise I wouldn't know where to shop for good quality mattress at decent price. highly recommended

I got delivery after waiting 2 months..as soon as they take out of the box there was a big mark on the dresser delivery guy took the photos and reported to the warehouse lady..then she sent me a form to fill out..but I got a reply from them that I go and buy my own touch up paint..I was like what..I paid premium price for the item it should be a brand new item.. Unfortunately they didn’t do anything. I think they are running a scam

The sales assistant told us she was employed to serve the Indian community at this store and northland. Well she was defiantly right. They were charging $300 more for a bed than the other stalls. When we questioned it, the sales assistant advised the other stalls were wrong. We asked for the price to be checked on the system and waited 10 minutes for her to return. When I located her, she was serving other people. I confronted her and she said she needed to serve these people and that she was sure the higher price was correct. Sure enough, I walked out and called 3 other stalls and they all had the lesser price. We want to water gardens and purchased there and then. Ohh well! Maybe if i was Indian, I would have got better service.

There was a minor delay in receiving our order, was advised it was due to the shipment transit. Considering it is a bulky item coming from oversea, it was understandable. Despite the minor delay, we were overall very happy with the experience. Very friendly staffs, would surely shop here again. Thanks :

Came in with my brother to choose a mattress. Was served by the most friendliness staff members. They were patient and listened to our needs. Will definitely recommend these guys to our family and friends

Great selection on the bedroom suites. They are all very nice! Managed to get ourself the bowen bed for my daughter. Plenty of storage drawers and features. 10/10

Great selection of mattresses and Bedroom suite pieces. End up buying 2 singles mattresses and was able to pick them both up on the same day. Great service! Highly recommended

Really rude workers at the wharehouse when i went to oick up my order. They stuffed my order around and sold me a bed saying it was in stock, only to find out it was actually sold out, when i arrived at wharehouse to pick it up once they sorted it out the workers were extremely rude, treating me like it was my fault for their stupid mistake. wont be wasting my money here again.

This Shop will be the promotions for discounted from 40% to 50% off on the Furniture, Bed , Matress  , Bilow...etc... on the Boxing  day's . Please ! Do not for got it..... Thanks ...
