I had a day procedure here. Staff were professional and friendly. Good service from a small regional public hospital. I have also had good experiences using the emergency department at BMH.

Came in through emergency with severe pleural effusion. Hardly no waiting,  staff were friendly and on top of things.  Facilities were a lot better than I expected. I stayed in a private room overlooking a flowering garden which probably influenced my review a lot. Food was ok for hospital. At the end of the day they didn't have respiratory specialists who could help so i was condemned back to the hell hole of Nepean Hospital.

Two senior doctors lied to me about my treatment options and accused me of faking a chronic illness they hadn't heard of. Avoid this place like the plague.
