Unprofessional staff of a family run business. Needs more work on the property and new management. No room service. Overcharged for minimum basic facilities. We had bad timing as WiFI was down for claimed natural event. No internet during our stay, and the owner (reception) insisted on cash on arrival as EFTPOS was down too, and refused giving out the key for the room until the full payment was done in cash, my a child needed to use our unit's toilet at that time. Hence, he had to do his business in the bushes. Lakes Entrance, is a nice place to be given all the above.

Run down, hot water wasn't on, nothing works. I don't know how long it will be open.
