BIG4 Whiters Holiday Village is located on the East Coast of Victoria in the stunning beachside town of Lakes Entrance. Lakes Entrance is where the magnificent Gippsland Lakes meets the ocean.

The girl at the desk was great. I stayed in a cabin, but we found the bed to be hard, it didn't make for a good night sleep. They should also update the TV to smart tv. The people who own this place should spend a few nights in the cabin.
Not what I expected and quite disappointed. Cabins were great, but everything else fell flat. Management is quiet rude, nosey and seemed on a power trip. They don’t allow dogs yet seemed to have their own on site. Tv didn't work properly. NO firepits. Games room is just arcades you’d need to pay for. Very small playground. No heated pools. Not much to do here with small kids except ride bikes up and down the concrete driveway.
Came here with the jet ski and the whole family, we had a blast here. Great facilities, the pool was defo one of my favourites as ut was a great place to relax and give the kids some time to play in the water. We ran into some mechanical problems with our jet ski and the stuff was extremely kind and let us use a variety of different tools that they had, and with their help we where able to get right back on the water.nThanks a lot, we will for sure be coming back...
We just spent a great 3 nights away from the city for a relaxing break. We stayed in the garden cottage 16. The room is amazingly clean and comfortable. It was great to have all the ammenities provided, washer,dryer,kitchen utensils and an iron. It was situated within walking distance or by car to the main town centre and the water. I was very impressed with how clean and well mantained the park is. You can really see how passionate and invested the owners are in making this park the best there is. This was my first time at Whiters but my fiance has been there on other occasions. We will definitely make this park our only place to stay when we come back to the Lakes. We will see you soon. Great place, the kids loved all the things to do, plus a mini golf across the road with G8 coffee and food is a bonus
