Terrible customer service. Rude business owner.nWe arrived late and the key was broken into the lock after one click. And I didn’t know why someone would to lock screen door for a cabin.nAnyway, staff responded quickly at night, changed into another room, good.nHowever, one staff in the morning came to question how the key was broken. After I explained, he blamed me for the broken key as I put the key wrong way in the lock. There are two keys on the ring and I could see another key clearly bend already. If not because of the poor quality of the key, I don’t understand why a key could break for any reason. It was rude and he interrupted my family breakfast. Such an unpleasant experience.
A really lovely, small caravan park one street back from the main street.nThe people are really friendly, bathrooms really clean and our daughter loves the guinea pigs and rabbits. There is a lovely pool too. It is wonderfully quiet and small, just what we needed. Full wifi and literally a 4 minute walk to the main street without any noise. It's our first time here to this caravan site but we would absolutely come back here again.

if i could rate this place a 0 it would be a 0nthe cabin me and my family were in was very un clean, we only got one bin liner, one small roll of toilet paper and a VERY MINI hotel like sample of shampoo and body wash. which was supposed to “last 4 people” as they said when we were booking. clearly just a business to rip people off and take their money and abuse guests.nnthe rooms were a disaster, ants and bed bugs were spotted, the mattress was so thin that it would’ve been better sleeping out side on the gravel road with out a blanket. the wifi was not able to connect and still didn’t get any money back even for the bed bugs and horrid smell. the bedding was stained including the pillows and sheets and it smelt very bad. which i had to go woolworths and get spray just to get through the night as it was that bad.nnthe kitchen had very limited options with plates and cutlery which the forks and spoons were dirts and had a smell so did the plates. the water from the kitchen i recommend not drinking as when i did i got a very ill stomach and when the water in a cup was left out for a few hours it started getting murky which obviously was not a good sign.
Great cabins very basic but still equipped with everything you’d need. Pricing was also great cheap and affordable especially if it is a longer stay. Close to shops and everything else you’d wanna see while in Lakes Entrance.nnSpent the whole weekend here for my father in law’s birthday getaway and we all loved this place. Our kids had the best time and loved swimming in the pool and they had other things like games, books and movies in the 4 bedroom house that kept them entertained while inside.nnWould definitely stay here again
