We were lucky enough to manage a caravan bay and a cabin for a week over Christmas this year. The managers Hughie and Carolyn could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Our two large well traveled dogs were welcomed as well. It is very small but Hughie helped even the largest of vans to park successfully. It is cosy and would appeal to the older generation as there are no facilities for small children, like swings etc. Every van site had its own ensuite which we've not had before and although old they were lovely and clean. I would thoroughly recommend this park to those wanting a quiet and peaceful place on the Esplanade by the waters edge.

The owners were really nice and friendly, they were very accommodating. The shops and lake was very close by. Great location

Had a great stay at Idle Hours. Rex & Heather extremely helpful. Nothing was to much bother.

Stayed at Lakes Entrance at Idleours caravan park I highly recommend this caravan park to everyone. Heather and Rex are fantastic and helpfull. Rex will even park the caravan if you can't. Thank you Heather and Rex we'll come again.

We have stayed at Idleours twice in last 12 months. Rex and Heather couldn't do enough to make our stay extra enjoyable. We actually loved Lakes Entrance and the hospitality of Rex and Heather that much we have moved to Lakes entrance. If you are looking for a small park to stay in Idleours is the park .Very clean Laura and CHarles
