Very bad experience. Not enough toiletries. Very bad quality of towels and bedsheets. No room service. Would never choose this again.nnUpdate: We forgot to book for a baby but we haven’t hide the fact that we are having a baby with us. We have made you aware and paid $20 upfront for the baby.nAlso, whether we are staying for one day or more, the services should stay the same.
New to Lakes Entrance, so being beside the foreshore was terrific. We were also lucky to enjoy the festivities of a local carnival, night market and wonderful clean reserve with playground. Our stay with Cunningham was great.
Staff were friendly, helpful and gave us great recommendations. Pool was nice and clean, rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and blinds were great, kept the morning sun out. The only critique is that the wifi did not work at all.
Lovely clean hotel with parking at the door of your room. Great overnight stay or a few nights if you want to look around. Comfy beds, I’d like to see the pillows upgraded, they were quite flat & not super comfy but adequate for one night.nnThe lovely hotel Manager cleaned our windscreen of all the bugs that had accumulated on our road trip. Lovely personal touch & a great way to start the next leg of our road trip
Nicely appointed room with toaster and bowls if you prefer to have your own breakfast they also offer breakfast delivered to your room. Very clean.nnNice and comfy lounge large bathroom with lots of bench space.nnWe were grateful for the bonus windscreen clean from owner even did back and side windows that is great service, something you don't see everyday that's for sure.nnWould definitely recommend a very well looked after and presented motel
