Manager Lucy was accommodating and provided great service. The holiday park offers budget accommodation near to the main attractions. The only improvement needed is the provisioning of basic kitchen appliances like microwave, fridge and kettle. Lucy said that they plan to upgrade the whole kitchen so it might be different next time we visit.
Clean, lovely staff, great location. Close to shops and lake and easy walk to beach over the bridge. Best Calamari nearby! Dog friendly too
We stayed for Easter with families and friends. We had families staying in tents and some stayed in cabins. Value for money. Cabins were small with two bedrooms. More then enough for a short stay. Decently clean, has showers, heating and air-conditioning, kitchen supplies, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, cups, etc. Blankets, pillows, fitted sheets, towels are provided. Wifi connection. For campers, there is clean showers and toilets. Only thing is they close the bath room a certain time at night time. Has an shared eating and BBQ area. Friendly staffs. I recommend speaking to Lucy as she has been amazingly helpful from the day we booked in. She had looked after us very well. Thank you for making us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.
The place needs to better maintained... The cabin sheets looked old and unwashed. My dad's cabin lights were faulty as they were flickering. Once we complained to the owner, he was extremely rude and had threatened to kick us out of the caravan park on the very first night! A total of 10 or so families had come and stayed and were all treated with such disrespect
The room was extremely clean and the service was superb! You can also park your boat and car just in front of your cabin which is very convenient. Highly recommended place to stay!
