Story

Our wide range of products include a good collection of gold and tropical fish, small animals bedding, wet and dry food, flea frontline advantage, carry cages, crates, shampoos and conditioners, brushes, scissors, clippers, vetafarm prducts and more. Bill's Pet Paradise stock all Advance and nutro dog food, which is a high protein premium food produced in BAthurst.

Bill's Pet Paradise also provides bathing, clipping, grooming, flea rinsing and toe nail clipping to your dogs and cats. We are open seven days a week.

Bill’s Pet Paradise is an authorised microchip implanter. Come into our store to get your pet microchipped by our professional staff. No booking required. Cost $20 per animal.
We also offer an animal tag engraving service. We have a large range of tags available instore. Only $12 per tag.

The place has new owners. The smell has gone. It's clean tidy and looks alot nicer. It's a complete 180 to what it use to be. Will be shopping there more often

I bought a puppy from this pet shop 2 weeks ago. I asked what the puppy was eating and if I could purchase a bag of the biscuits. Upon arriving home I realised I had been given biscuits for an adult dog and not an 8 week old puppy. I had already opened the bag but still had the receipt. I rang and spoke to the owner of the shop and explained I have been given the wrong bag. I asked if I could bring the bag back and get the correct one for puppies or at least get a refund. The owner said that they had been feeding my puppy the adult dog biscuits in the pet shop and that I should come in and buy a bag of puppy biscuits to mix in with the adult dog biscuits I had. This service is very disappointing. First of all puppies need to be on a food specific to their needs and secondly the owner should have done the decent thing and given me a bag of puppy food or refund, not try and get more money out of me. I won't be returning to this shop, you have lost a customer and will spend my money else where, like pet barn!

Friendly staff and great service, only minus is you can find a lot of their stock in other shops cheaper but in saying that it's a great shop.
