Been here a few times and the place is not very clean. Your greeted by a pile of pigeon poop by the front door, the store is not tidy. Went in to buy a dog log only to notice it was 3 month out of date. Also all of the food is kept in the same fridge as the staffs half eaten lunches and cakes. There's gross goop at the bottom of the fridges from obviously spills from the food placed in there. They also never have guinea pig food or only stock the one massive bag off gross smelling pellets that my guinea pig wouldn't even eat and she eats everything. I don't shop here anymore.

Shame I had to give one star to post. Despite being advised 3 times, they have been selling out of date Rabbit food for at least the last 12 months. All the same batch & use by dates. They pretend to be surprised every time I mention it! Also witnessed a new snake owner being given absolutely wrong information on care & sold unsuitable products. Amongst other errors, they were trying to sell her a tank suitable for terrestrial ground dwelling snakes, She had a Aboreal tree climbing snake. Had to speak to her outside and tell her, or her very expensive snake would have died from stress within 6 months. Also given the wrong info on lighting and heat temps. Advised her to go to Marcarthur pets where they know what they are talking about. They also dont know how to keep mealworms, selling ones that are either dead or in their pupal or beetle stage indicating being kept on the shelf for at least 3 weeks at an incorrect temperature. When queried they argued that pisces had advised them to store this way! B.S. All other Pet shops refridgerate @ 5 degrees to slow metabolisism down. Amazes me, these sort of people wonder why business is slow/bad = Bankrupt! They have no idea & should not be operating a pet shop. Wrote a letter of complaint to Stefmar a year ago about other issues & they responded with a condescending & arrogant reply & really couldnt care less, They seem to have no knowledge either.

Very dissapointed looked online got a price for a dog food  came to the store only to find they were more expensive than quoted price.  Wouldnt price match.  Wont be back im afraid

Been in this shop a number of times don't get anything but good service if idiots come into the shop and put their hands in the water for the koi I would probably show them the door some people just walk around without a brain...but the guys that work their are nothing but helpful to me :

Best pet shop in the area. Great prices, good service.

Use to be really cheap, but now is more expensive than pet barn. No point going there anymore.

Have a hot a good pet stuff but no fish stuff!
