Ladies that work here are pretty informed when it comes to information and getting help on what's needed.   I found the team member that helped me with a newly adopted French bulldog to be friendly and knowledgeable it comes to seeking advise.  I would definitely recommend this place for your fur humans needs.

Charging us extra without notifying us and the job wasn’t done professionally and my dog was shedding badly and I doubt they used the air blower

Good for general, but lacking some stock for aquariums that I have to then purchase online as limited stock for bits and pieces for small aquariums. For example lights.

The groomer was wonderful from talking to me on the phone to trimming our cats nails, she was fast & very efficient. Our cat didn't have time get to upset about having her nails done, it was over so quickly. Very happy to continue to bring our cat to have her nails trimmed ongoing.

Great place to wash your dog. Store has decreased in stock and variety. Unable to get Royal Canin Feline Dental Biscuits. They are only available on line. I used to shop here all the time for chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, parrots. There was so much choice. Not now.

Staff are wonderful and helpful! Thank you so much Lopes for helping me with my questions and especially for calling a flea treatments number to ensure that the product was right for my cat!

The store always listens to the needs & wants of the customer, providing suggestions, recommendations, sound knowledge about dogs health, grooming, lifestyle, medicines & dietary requirements too.Hence it’s a 5/5 for me as always due to the consistency, friendly approach, helpful nature, professionalism & patience.
