Expertise, knowledge & experience. We Know what matters when it comes to the care of your pet. Shop with confidence online 24/7 & in store 7 days a week. The store has a variety of livestock such as guinea pigs, rabbits, rats & mice, reptiles, hand reared birds, poultry, insects, tropical, marine & cold water fish. We work in partnership with the Animal Welfare League to re home rescue kittens through our 'New beginnings' program.
Staff are qualified in aquaculture, retail services & animal science & we all have a variety of pets at home, which is why 'we know pets'!

What an amazing shop with amazing customer service. So many products and pets. Went here to simply buy some golden comets for our pond and the team member who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for better service. We have always had a great experience when visiting We Know Pets. Most recently Jessica took the time to guide us through responsible rabbit ownership. From previous experience too it’s obvious her knowledge of animal husbandry extends to all sorts of pets. We love having such supportive staff at our local store
Their Torwood Farm oaten hay is the best I’ve found. My six guinea pigs love it. Always delivered very fast. Great service.

Oliver the rabbit, adopted a month ago, is doing better than ever. It was so reassuring to have expert medical advice to rest our minds that he would be happy and healthy for a long time. Really happy with the purchase of an Aqua One Aquarium. Was purchased online for my Sons 5th Birthday and came very quickly. It had extra wrapping to ensure it came safely and a nice little handwritten note from Kelsey. Needless to say we had a very happy boy on his birthday.
