This Big W is well stocked and the staff are always friendly. I like browsing their products and they always have a wide variety of choices to choose from. Very busy during Christmas shopping period.

Poor organisational within the tech department. Staff couldn't find one of least two discs of a PS4 game. Business taken to EB Games where they found the same product instantly for the same price.

Big W is clearly seen as "just an investment" to their corporate owners. There is no new cash flowing into the stores - and it's starting to become obvious with their limited check outs open, messy unkept clothes sections and poor quality and basic products.
