First time l had to use a compounding pharmacy. The service was excellent, the pharmacist had the product required already prepared and it was dispensed immediately. I required other products that they didn't stock. The pharmacist checked the internet and found it, gave me a print out where I could purchase it at the best price. I rate the pharmacy 11 out of 10.
Excellent service provided by Ganesh Tumkur. Very humble guy. 5 star from me. Will put a word out surely.
Very poor service today - had to wait 4 minutes for someone to ask me what I needed there were 3 staff. Usually good though.
What sets this chemist apart from others, is that there are no long queues, they are based in our community, linked to a medical centre, and have super friendly staff. Their products are also competitively priced. For example, I recently asked them to place a special bulk order for me, and they matched the best price in the market.nnMore importantly, however, when you enter the pharmacy, they know you by name, they empathise with what is going on in your life, and they go out of their way to help you.nnThey provide exactly the same service I need from a big chemist, but with a personal touch.
Terrible pharmacist not helpful at all and acted like we were troubling him because he wanted to go home.nVery terrible customer service and disappointed.nNot someone who would go above and beyond for a customer.
