What an amazing team of people! Everyone was simply amazing and so kind, polite and helpful. It’s so nice to see a workplace where everyone genuinely likes each other and translates that to the customers. I had a great experience today even with a very busy store.
This has to be to worst Specsavers we’ve been too. 1. On collecting our specs, we were delayed by 2 hrs. They were so busy they weren’t keeping up. 2. The sunnies that was suggested for me were to heavy and I haven’t been able to wear them as the prescription is way out and blurry. 3. At the time I collected my glasses, I had also ordered contacts. When I got home I couldn’t find them and thought I had dropped them and possibly lost them. I called to tell them this and ordered a new set $100 +-. Not 10 minutes later I received a call telling me they they had the contacts in the store as they had forgotten to give it to us. I then asked them to cancel the second order and refund me. Remember this is 10 minutes later and they refused to refund. 4. We will not be returning to this Specsavers.
Kerry the manager was very rude. The customer service is very poor. My daughter's glasses were broken and went to see how they can help as we bought the glasses from there. They were charging for a pair of glasses that was already on warranty. I went to specsavers in fountain Gate. The customer service was great. Sue Paige was very helpful. My daughter's pair of glasses was exchanged for free as there was warranty which I was not aware. Please be careful when you buy from specsavers Eden rise.
The craziest review ever from my side! Reason it’s the craziest, cheat and lazy store. I bought two frames in a deal, got expensive glasses with all add ons. One specs was fine, but the other wasn’t done properly. On wearing it caused lot of stain on my eyes and vision was tilted on side view. Two trials and nearly two years but they couldn’t find fault! Called it mechanical issue but couldn’t resolve. Now, unfortunately both spec are with me and my money gone wasted. Shame on the staff. Please avoid this store.
Terrible service staff are undertrained and taking soo long to even firstly find Customers details . Took them over an hour to order prescription lenses that I have been ordering regularly. Staffs are literally running back and forth asking how to do this and how to do that to each other. Only one seems to know it all , it’s just really frustrating for people who don’t have hrs spare to waste . Please do better .

The audiologist who worked on my hearing aids was a kind caring, helpful employee with a super customer relationship. She answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. She is an asset for her place of work.
It’s great knowing you contribute,and we are such a part of this..service is always great at eden rise,over 10 years and for memory never an issue
I had a wonderful experience. I was looked after by Desiree and she took time to explain the aspects of lens for making an informed decision. Really appreciate the efforts although the store was quite busy.
The experience was great. I was attend by Ranjana immediately as I entered the shop to collect my glasses.She made sure that my new glassess fit properly. Made adjustments as necessary. She attended all my queries and provided me with additional information on the benefits and warranties. Very happy with the service.
