They were very kind when i had to run off to take my 4yo to the toilet. She continued to get my order ready and was very understanding. Always happy smiling staff there and the food and drinks are yummy. You get a little cookie with your hot drink which is a nice treat. My go to drive through coffee place

I contacted the national office due to poor food handling practices and they banned me from getting served at their Berwick store.
They also disclosed my personal information to the store manager and she bullied me on my facebook page and the national store thought that was okay also.
Not a bad reward after 8 or 9 years of being a good loyal customer.

My husband contacted Muzz Buzz National Office about the poor food handling practices currently used in the Berwick store. 
They said that they would retrain the staff, therefore they acknowledged that they needed to clean up their act. He said to them that dog treats should not be on benches with human treats, and gloves should also be worn if petting or feeding a dog. He said that at least they should wash hands if handling dog treats. 
Head Office then disclosed my husband's personal information and all details regarding his complaint without his permission to the Franchised store. He was consequently stalked and badgered by the store manager on social media. Head Office thinks this is his fault as he apparently encouraged banter between himself and the store manger. Really? 
He has now been advised that he is banned from the Muzz Buzz store in Berwick from now on and has been blocked on their FB page. Why, because he complained and stated that they needed safe food handling training and or re-training.
Friends and family have commented on the Muzz Buzz Berwick FB page in the past few days to voice their disgust and each one was consequently blocked in turn until Muzz Buzz Berwick removed the 'REVIEW' tab which removes all comments (both positive & negative). Nice way to support clients Muzz Buzz! We now know the public is not your concern or focal point...

I had been going to that store since it opened approximately 8 years ago,  then one day I complained about poor food handling practices and they barred me from going there.

Really poor customer service. Management should be ashamed at how they treat their 'valued' customers.
