Watch out!!! you MUST BUY THINGS there otherwise they check your bags. Even you only stayed there for one minute. I have lived in Germany for 9 years( the country where Aldi comes from). Not matter I bought things from them or not,no one checked your bag. This is really embarrassing and unfriendly!

I am not one to complain but I left the store in tears because of the way I was treated. I was just there, cashier messed up the transaction as they were changing registers and she was logging in at the time of my purchase, and was very polite about it (which I really do appreciate, she was honestly very lovely and completely understood that I was upset) but there was another lady who was quite rude and belittled me and said that it was 'my fault' (her words) the purchase was declined (although it is currently pending in my bank account and said it had been approved on the card machine, and I had plenty of money in my account, so there is no way it could be my cards fault as I have never encountered this problem before and it is a perfectly functioning card. It even said on the screen that says the items that something was invalid that had nothing to do with me). I work in customer service, and this is no way you should ever deal with a customer. I understand that many customers are nasty, but I was not, I was really polite and tried to hear them out because I have dealt with customer issues myself. Please review your customer service and how you handle things, this is not the first time an employee at your store has been nasty, not only to me but to other people. It was not 'my fault' that it was put through incorrectly. I am 16, I get next to nothing an hour, and now I more than likely won't be getting my money back. I just wanted primer and makeup wipes. What a joke

Went down to aldi to return a spray painting gun as it did not work. So it was just out of the box.  There was this STORE MANAGER NAMED MEGAN who was so rude who straight away said i cant do anything about this showing me the date on the box saying  you have purched this more than a year ago as i had lost my recipt. I asked her Is this the manufacturing date or the purchased date????  She didnt not say anything and just went in to the shop. Even refused to tell her name. Got to know that she was the store manager named megan from the guy at the other counter.  Any ways went to a different store and got it refunded without any ISSUES. Well i think megan your giving a bad image to aldi.
