Overall excellent services, Nissan Berwick is a well oiled machine. You can see this from the front of shop staff right through the organisation the whole way to the top. They worked with us to reach a deal that we were happy with while looking after our little girl who was running around show room exploring everything. Then made us feel very welcome and went that extra mile to please us as customers. I never experience this attention to details from a customer service before. Mark, Paul, Amanda and Joe were amazing on the day of purchase. Mark & Amanda looked after our little girl while we went through everything with Paul and Jason. They really gave us 5 star services as customers and yes you might say the wanted the sale, but they also wanted what was right for us. On the day of pick up Bradley was excellent going through everything with us and double checked that we were happy with everything before leaving the courtyard. His attention to detail was second to none. Even when we had questions after we left, he was still reachable on his mobile. Even the receptionist on the day of pick up was very accommodating too while we went through everything with Bradley as she also looked after our little girl. We would recommend Berwick Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car. Merry Christmas to all the Staff at Berwick Nissan. Thank you. Brian & Selma

Amazing Customer service. Brad was friendly, informative and patient. Always available on his mobile to take my calls. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Jason from finance, who also gave great customer service and looked after us with options on our repayments. Highly recommend Berwick Nissan!

Great service. From sales through to finance. Everyone we dealt with was great. Will definitely be buying from BMG again and be recommending them to our friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience at Berwick Nissan over the last couple of years. The level of commitment from the staff there is beyond par. Sooo good was the service that I went back and purchased my 2nd car, a Nissan X-Trail from them. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure all your requirements are met. The gents in the service centre do a fantastic job of covering all bases when it comes to getting your car serviced. I've recommended Berwick Nissan to a lot of friends, a couple of them have also bought cars from here too. Keep up the great work and I look forward to many more positive experiences in the years to come.
