Awesome service provided by Wayne! Were (even after sale) very helpful, quick to response, friendly and made the whole process stress free and enjoyed a very satisfactory sales experience. Bought my car with no fuss. However, expected a complementary gift from dealership during delivery (like other luxury brand). Overall, a great experience at Volvo Cars Berwick! I was delighted to buy my xc90 from Wayne at Volvo Cars Berwick. The service was faultless - informative and highly professional without any pressure to buy. Notably, this level of service was maintained even after the purchase had been finalised. Lovely and friendly atmosphere in the showroom, where we were treated to a lunch of pizza and coffee while waiting for our trade-in car to be valued. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Volvo from here.
