Unfortunately picked dirty fuel and had to get my car towed to Berwick Hyundai.
Service manager Jesse and Simon were so helpful and generous! My car was fixed and back on the road in 48 hours, can’t thank these two guys enough..! So thankful to the service team at Berwick Hyundai..

We were buying a new car from another dealer and one of the managers from Berwick Hyundai returned our call and said that he would offer a better deal. We arrived at Berwick Hyundai and were initially met by junior staff. Then the big boss arrived and offered us a deal which was worse than what we were getting at the other place. He said he was the boss, he makes decisions and that was it. We were amazed that the manager who spoke to us on the phone never appeared on the scene. Our decision was easy - not to deal with Berwick Hyundai because we can't trust them. A very disappointing experience!  We happily drove the other dealer and bought the car.

Don't step into this showroom. Horrible people. They advertised their hyundai accent in shopping centre for $13990. I went to enquire about it and found they were for used cars. I was interested in test driving one of them but i don't want to go in detail of how i was treated but finally didn't stay too long and didn't get test drive. 
i never felt so humiliated in my life. 
Buying car is one time investment for most families but over here you will treated like" if you don't buy the car of shelf like in supermarket then don't waste our time".  
If you value your dignity then don't step into this place.

Very disappointing sales person I met. Ash was less than helping and didnt speak a word. He was much concerned for his next appointment and was trying to boot us off.
