Very friendly and helpful ,Julie at Berwick store is very knowledgeable about the products. Recently she organised a replacement part for me with a quick response and delivery of the part. I recommend Julie @ berwick burdens

Doing a Kitchen and Bathroom reno, we went to Burdens for all of the plumbing parts and had a great experience. Julie was a great help from start to finish. We didn't know exactly what we wanted when we went to the store, but had some idea. When we saw parts we kind of liked, but were not 100% right, Julie was able to suggest alternatives from a wider range of suppliers from her product knowledge. Some parts were not in stock with suppliers when our orders were placed but were were notified of this immediately. We had to change these parts, due to time restrictions, but again this was no hassle. All other staff I have spoken to on the phone have been friendly and helpful. A week and a half after visiting the store, all parts were delivered to our house.

We've just finished our bathroom renovations and Burdens Berwick have been fantastic through the procesd. Julie has provided great advice and amazing service, ensuring we got what we needed and importantly when we needed it. Thanks. Always great to shop local too.

We have used Berwick Burdens on several occasions and found the showroom consultant Julie to be knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. In addition she is able to provide valuable advice as to the best product to serve our needs.
