My wife and I have been shopping at this Coles weekly for at least 8 years, we’ve put up with empty shelves, limited serviced checkout etc.. Friday night was our last straw, we were served by an extremely rude young woman around 6:40pm at register 2 receipt 8572 not to name. We are always very polite however this employee was so rude and grumpy and after dropping one of our bags and thrown 2 damaged items back in, needless to say she made both of us extremely uncomfortable and really disappointed because we are loyal customers. Due to this experience as much as I don’t want to we will jump ship and start shopping at Woolworths across the road.
Went to coles last Thursday night and noticed a trolley with discounted products. I was checking out when a young lady came to me and mentioned that these are getting further discounted and to wait for the staff After 15 minutes the guy came and refused to further discount my product because I put them in my basket. He was so rude and said “would you like me to come to your car booth and touch your stuff?” He was so loud and told me off because I took the goods and placed them in my basket. I apologised and returned the items on the trolley and he said that he will further mark them down and give it to other customers, not me. Being a customer, I felt discriminated and humiliated. I just left the store and paid the full price. This behaviour is very poor and no customer should feel this way when doing their shopping
I have tried to reach out to Coles Customer care for online deliveries regarding the disgusting quality of Fruits they deliver. But they keep snow balling it back to me. They are all SOUR unable to consume. The Fruit/Vege manager obviously sources out the cheapest quantities. He/She should be sacked. I’m fed up with Cole’s won’t be buying from them again.
First time visit to this first class Coles outlet. Excellent fresh fruit and veggies and a big range, and great grocery items. The outlet is very spacious and well laid out and the staff were super friendly. Also, we had no trouble finding a parking spot, there's plenty of parking.
Cranky old white lady at the Deli is horribly rude, terrible customer service and refuses to let me order, and yells out across the store to serve customers before me despite waiting 10 minutes when they weren't even in the Deli, and the people she is yelling out to to serve first just look confused and don't even want anything from the Deli?. Interrupts and speaks over me and refuses to allow me to order by weight. Its a Deli???
