Pretty good supermarket overall. The store is tidy, the produce is fresh, and the prices are fair. Staff are nice and helpful, and it’s always easy to find what I need. Nothing fancy, but definitely reliable and a solid place to shop.
Been coming here every Sunday morning for the last year and i don't know why. The front has bins overflowing with rubbish everywhere, the receiving dock has rubbish floating around that flows in to the car park, the shelves never have stock, the fruit and veg looks like it's been kicked around and when asking for something that is in stock you get told 'oh it's out the back come back in 30 minutes', milk not in stock, meat not in stock, go to woolworths or drive another 5 minutes to get everything you need.nnThe lady at the front desk has lied to me multiple times and has zero care for customer interaction.nn15 staff on the floor and only one putting stock on the shelf at 7 am on a Sunday?nnI won't be shopping here after being let down time after time.
First time visit to this first class Coles outlet. Excellent fresh fruit and veggies and a big range, and great grocery items. The outlet is very spacious and well laid out and the staff were super friendly. Also, we had no trouble finding a parking spot, there's plenty of parking.
My wife and I have been shopping at this Coles weekly for at least 8 years, we’ve put up with empty shelves, limited serviced checkout etc.. Friday night was our last straw, we were served by an extremely rude young woman around 6:40pm at register 2 receipt 8572 not to name. We are always very polite however this employee was so rude and grumpy and after dropping one of our bags and thrown 2 damaged items back in, needless to say she made both of us extremely uncomfortable and really disappointed because we are loyal customers. Due to this experience as much as I don’t want to we will jump ship and start shopping at Woolworths across the road.
Great place to shop at,easy access heaps of parking.
